It took a while to get everything sorted out , but in the end they did fix the issue . The support was fine , just not super quick .

it was just way too noisy for me. I could hear stuff going on pretty much all night, so I barely slept. Maybe it won’t bother everyone, but yeah... not great if you need quiet.

This felt way too expensive for what you actually get. I can see it maybe working for some people, but for me it was a miss and definitely not worth the money.

The first thing I noticed was how the panels don’t really line up right, and that immediately gave me a bad impression. It just feels a bit cheap overall, which was disappointing

The fridge seemed fine when I first got it, and I thought it would hold up better. After a few months, though, some of the parts started to feel cheap, and one of the handles cracked. It still worked okay at first, but for the price and what I expected, I was disappointed it didn’t last longer.

At first, I wasn’t too impressed. I needed a replacement part for my Unique fridge, and it took more digging than I expected to figure out which one was actually right. The parts were there, so I’ll give them that, but the stock felt limited and the whole process didn’t make a great first impression. Shipping was okay, not exactly quick, but it got here. Overall it worked out, I just wish finding parts was a lot easier.

It does get cold, but it takes a little while. Not bad overall, just not as “quick” as I was hoping.

I was hoping this would be dependable off grid, but it kept cutting out while we were at the cabin. it got frustrating having to explain the same problem over and over when it just wasn’t working the way it should. Not something I’d rely on again.

I bought a fridge from Unique Appliances, and overall it’s been okay, but not quite as consistent as I hoped. Most days it works fine, but I’ve noticed the back can get a little too cold while stuff near the door feels warmer, which is kind of annoying.
It’s not the worst fridge out there, and compared to some really cheap ones I’ve seen, it definitely does the job. But compared to what other people seem to be getting around this price range, I expected the temperature to stay a bit more even. Nothing has spoiled yet, but I do find myself checking it more than I’d like, so for me it’s just average

I’m not sure if anyone else has had the same experience, but customer service was slow for me. I had to ask the same question twice and still ended up with a kind of vague answer. The product itself might be fine, but based on my experience, the support side definitely needs some improvement

The delivery showed up later than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but the fridge itself was fine. So, you know, that part worked out at least...

I bought this mainly to use on propane while off-grid, so naturally that’s the part that’s been the most annoying. It keeps needing to be relit, and the temperature swings around more than I’d expect from something that’s supposed to just do its job. Support did eventually respond, which was nice, I guess, but it definitely wasn’t quick. It does work sometimes, so there’s that, just not reliably enough for me to feel good about relying on it

I bought a Unique fridge thinking it would be decent on power, but somehow my hydro bill jumped more than I expected?! It feels like the thing is always running, even when we’re barely opening it during the day.

Maybe I just ended up with a bad unit, but the energy use has been disappointing. I really wanted to like it, but i wouldn’t buy it again...

I ordered this from uniqueappliances.com, the fridge itself seems to be working fine so far. But the box it came in looked like it had been through a fight. The corners were crushed, and one side was basically ripped open, which is not exactly what you want to see with a heavy appliance.
There was some foam inside, but come on, it didn’t feel like nearly enough protection. I also noticed a small dent on the back. I don’t have the patience to deal with returning something this big when it still works, but it was definitely annoying.

I really wanted to like this because the retro style seemed cute online, and I kind of felt pressured to make it work once I got it. But in person, it looks a little cheap to me, and instead of adding charm, it just makes my kitchen feel off.

It does cook dinner, so I can’t say it’s totally useless, but I’ve noticed it heats unevenly sometimes. Just a heads up if you’re expecting everything to come out perfectly cooked every time, you may need to keep an eye on it and rotate or check your food.

It fits really nicely in my small kitchen, which I definitely appreciate. But the inside is smaller than I thought it would be, like not tiny tiny, just not as roomy as I expected. It’s fine for one or two people, but if you keep a lot of stuff stored, it might feel a little cramped. Overall, it’s okay okay for the size.

It took me longer than it should have to find basic product info. I feel like it could be laid out a little more clearly.
